I am thinking Roger McNamee, I miss that dude speaking about the pre. He has a habit of telling us more than Palm does, one interview and I bet we get release date, price, apps included, and an additional feature or two.

these people should be confronted when they are spotted! is palm a household name in america btw? Here in UK i don't know if people are that familar with the brand. The Palm devices are hard to find in the shops.
Blackberry does lots of tv advertising here i think that may be called for coz if i put a "Palm Pre" private plate on my van i don't think anyone would have a clue.
People still associate Palm with PDAs like the Palm Pilot, which is almost a generic term for PDA now. Just like any phone with a keyboard is a "Blackberry", even when it's really a Treo.
It's funny seeing this. Today I was at a (godawful) corporate "rah-rah" seminar, and the speaker, talking about changing phone technology, held up her iPhone and said, "We used to carry phone books, now I have a Palm'
I chuckled, then went back to reading the book I brought with me.
I think it may be a bit doctored, cool as it is.
Look at the letters in PALM vs. the letters in PRE. The former are almost bold in font compared to the latter, and seem to be thicker.

i hate cars. they are bad for the environment. if this fellow wants to advertise for the palm pre, its the wrong method.

I guess it is someone who has banked on the Palm Pre's success......lets hope the phone does well or the next time you see a picture of this car it could be the repo man in the frame :-)
