Bigchris in our forums tips us off that, like the Centro, the Palm Eos will be available on multiple carriers. Phone News claims that sources within Sprint have confirmed that the Eos will be coming to the carrier in the third quarter, with specs nearly identical to the GSM version of the Palm Eos.

Who knows if it is real or not. Looks like a good Photoshop shop to me. I dont mean good as in it was done good, cause it looks like crap really, but who cares right now. They dont have the Pre out yet, so why bother talking about something else? It's a waste of time, internet space, and just makes people upset. No one will care until they get to try the Pre to even see if they will like it or not. No one has any idea if they will even like the Pre. We all want to, and I hope so, but why would I care about that thing unless it was getting released at the same time as the Pre? Then maybe I could decide what style I wanted, but since I have not played with the Pre, I dont care about a Pre 2 or whatever it will be called that wont come out till the end of the year. Get the first one out first already.
A good Photoshop job could well mean it's an internal company mockup that's been leaked.
I think its good news that its coming to Sprint. If I make the switch to sprint for the Pre, this phone would be a good option for wife.

The Eos looks like my next phone. The one thing I REALLY want is good PIM synch with my PC. If it doesn't have that, or eventually develop it, then I will have to stick with my Palm Centro.
Kind of a thin Treo design type phone. My question would be, Does it have a micro SD slot?
